  We are looking for an experienced and resourceful IT Recruiter and Business Development Executive who develop and implement growth opportunities in IT sector. We are searching for HR professional that has a solid track record of building relationship with new and prospective clients and create long-term value for organizations. Candidates should have strong communication and persuasion skills. Successful applicants should also be willing to travel.

  Responsibilities

  • Generating new clients for staffing Requirements
  • Responsible for lead generation and revenue generation
  • Should  have knowledge in  Client Acquisition /Business Development
  • Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
