Har Ghar Tiranga

As a team we, at ITCombine, decided to become part of the #harghartiranga campaign led by PM Narendra Modiji. Our HR team came up with a detailed plan to execute this campaign and facilitate each team members participation. From introduction of the idea and taking everyone in sync, the HR team created internal communications and ordered flags online to reach everyone’s home on time for participation.

This kind of a campaign involves far more complexity in execution due to Hybrid work scenario. The flags started reaching our team members across the country, within a week of the decision taken by the Management. Team members started sharing beautiful pictures of the Flags that they received for Har Ghar Tiranga and soon the entire team was displaying their pride of being Indian.

The HR team with the help of the design team put up awesome posters and social media posts and created a fabulous impact while displaying the Company’s participation in the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign. The campaign will continue for a few days past the 15th Of August and the HR team will also display the Slogan contest and the Slogan collage that they plan to put up by involving all the team members across the country.
