- Generating new clients for staffing Requirements
- Responsible for lead generation and revenue generation
- Should have knowledge in Client Acquisition /Business Development
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Bachelor’s degree is required (any)
- Candidate should have atleast 2 years experience in IT Recruitment.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
