Senior Configuration Analyst

Job Overview

Senior Configuration Analyst will provide support on configuration through SQL and Testing towards
successful client implementation and ongoing delivery. During the tenure, the role is expected to be a quick learner to learn the basic functionality and data drivers of in-house products. The role requires benefits domain knowledge and working knowledge of SQL, HTML, and CSS.

Experience & Qualification

 MCA/ B.E./B.Tech (IT /CS/ ECE).
 Should have good communication skills.
 Experience – 2-4 Years.

Technical Competencies

 Basic and Advanced SQL.
 Basic-Advanced Excel.
 Understanding of databases RDBMS.
 Hands-on experience in testing and finding break points in the code/configuration work.

Responsibilities

 Responsible to do the configuration through SQL and its unit testing related to the client
implementation.
 Responsible for low complexity Impact Analysis or change request analysis of client requirements
and preparing Analysis Documents. -outlining the changes in the system as per client requirements.
 Responsible to perform integration testing and prepare testing documents logging issues whenever
found during the project cycle and providing timely updates.
 Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures Meet SLAs – creating Analysis and Test documents.
