To perform requirement analysis on customer’s requirements and identify/propose a learning solution.
To design & review instructional content developed for various training product types
Responsibilities:
Understand the client’s business problem, propose learning solutions.
Develop storyboards for different delivery mediums (ILTs, WBTs, vILTs, Blended) keeping in mind learner profile & technology requirements.
Collaborate with subject matter experts for content creation & review.
Handle customized ID projects independently.
Handle a team of writers to execute projects and to provide end-to-end learning solution
Manage client expectations on the projects.
Skills:
Skilled in Instructional Design principles and theory, such as Adult Learning principles, Andragogy, Kirkpatrick and Blooms’ levels, ADDIE model etc.
Must have designed and developed a variety of training and content including blended learning (with an emphasis on exercises, role-plays, activities) , e-learning, simulations, games, on-the-job and continuous training.
Note:
E-Learning experience is mandatory
100% work from home, but minimum 8 hours per day availability
