System Analyst

Experience & Qualification
 MCA/ B.E./B.Tech (IT /CS/ ECE).
 Experience – 4-7 Years.
 Should have excellent communication and analytical skills.

Technical Competencies

 Advanced SQL
 Basic Excel and Advanced Excel
 Strong knowledge of SDLC (agile, waterfall model) STLC
 Knowledge of tracking tools like JIRA.
 Proficient in HTML/CSS.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for medium to high complexity Impact Analysis or change request analysis of client
  requirements and preparing Analysis Documents. -outlining the changes in the system as per client
  requirements.
• Responsible to do the configuration through SQL and its unit and integration testing related to the
  client implementation.
• Responsible for Test management, performing testing, test planning, defect logging, and management.
• Developing comprehensive end-to-end test cases at the application and multi-application levels, to ensure that business, technical, and functional requirements are being met throughout the SDLC.
• Adherence to SLAs and targets.
• Should be able to estimate the work given with a fair degree of accuracy.
• Mentoring team members and new hires by providing adequate guidance to run the projects.
• Driving Process improvement.
