Har Ghar Tiranga

At ITCombine, we proudly embraced the spirit of patriotism by participating in the #HarGharTiranga campaign led by Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji. This year, instead of focusing on hybrid logistics or formal campaign structures, we wanted to celebrate Independence Day in a more personal and heartfelt way—by encouraging our employees to bring the Tiranga, click their pictures with it, and showcase their love for the nation in their own creative expressions.

The enthusiasm across our team was truly inspiring. Many of our colleagues shared beautiful photographs with the Tiranga, reflecting not just their pride as Indians but also their unique ways of celebrating freedom. Some went beyond pictures and expressed their patriotism through soulful poems, heartfelt write-ups, and even artistic sketches and drawings of the national flag. This blend of creativity and emotion highlighted the diversity of our team while uniting us in one common feeling—the joy of being Indian.

Our HR team, along with the design team, worked together to capture this vibrant participation. They are compiling these pictures, poems, and artworks into a special Independence Day collage that will serve as a lasting memory of how every ITCombine family member came together to celebrate Independence Day with pride. The energy and involvement of every employee made this celebration not just an activity, but a reminder that patriotism shines brightest when it comes from the heart.

As we continue the celebrations beyond the 15th of August, the HR team has also planned to highlight the best creative contributions through dedicated social media posts and internal features. This not only amplifies our presence in the #HarGharTiranga movement but also strengthens the bond we share as one team—connected through values of unity, respect, and national pride.
