- To perform requirement analysis on customer’s requirements and identify/propose a learning solution.
- To design & review instructional content developed for various training product types
- Understand the client’s business problem, propose learning solutions.
- Develop storyboards for different delivery mediums (ILTs, WBTs, vILTs, Blended) keeping in mind learner profile & technology requirements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts for content creation & review.
- Handle customized ID projects independently.
- Handle a team of writers to execute projects and to provide end-to-end learning solution
- Manage client expectations on the projects.

We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware, and networks. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently
